Shiny Bike Syndrome

Due to an increasing number of people not showing up without any explanation or communication, for hosted events I will need a £5 PayPal deposit for every guest attending at least 24 hours before the session.

If anyone fails to turn up for whatever reason, I keep their £5 to help cover my travel expenses and they will need to pay another deposit to re-book. To keep it fair, if I fail to turn up without giving any notice, everyone attending gets £5 off their treatment.

This does not cover adverse weather conditions. If we mutually agreed to postpone the session in advance on these grounds, I will either refund the deposits at your request or set them aside as the deposits for a rescheduled session.
