Why so cheap? The 'big name' helmet manufacturers spend a HUGE amount of money on advertising in the world's bike press, way more than it costs them to make the helmets, and they pass that cost on to YOU. Reevu don't want to do that and to be honest they don't need to, these lids sell worldwide by word of mouth alone, they really are that good. That's why they don't cost £500 or more, despite having comparable build quality.
